Monday's exercise

Charlie and I went to the gym Monday. This is what I did. I hope that taking off Labor day doesn't mess me up. I am just starting to feel like going regularly.

Leg Press 20 X 88
Bench Press 3 x 45, 5 x 55
Calf Raise 15 x 25
Dips 5 (assist 76#)
Pullups 4 (assist 88#)
Lat Pulldown 15 x 70 (+20 lbs)
Lateral Raise 10 x 15
Row 10 x 50 (+20 lbs)
Situps 5

Yay me.
