Exercise and project

We went to the Y on the 27th.

Seated leg press 128 x 10, 128 x 10
Lat pull down 70 X 15, 70 x 8
Lateral raise 30 x 10
Row 50 x 15, 50 x 8
Ankle raise 25 x 15
Seated leg curl 40 x 8
Dead lift 25 x 10

I also ran out of laundry detergent. So I just made some more. Love it! It's so easy and cheap.
