Exercise

Yesterday was stressful and I drove to the Y after dinner.

Seated leg curl 40 x 10
Overhead press 30 x 15 basic, 39 x 5 advanced
Lateral raise 30 x 10
Row 50 x 10, 50 x 6

Today was better but still busy.
